Refund policy

Due to the time involved in reviewing each family’s account, the application fee of $50.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Other fees may or may not be refunded according to the guidelines below:

Families that have registered during the pre-registration period must withdraw no later than August 1 if you decide to enroll your student elsewhere.  You may receive a refund for all but the non-refundable application fee (new families) or the amount equal to that fee (re-enrolling families).

Returning families re-enrolling with HLA Prep will have a 30 day grace period in which you may request a refund if you decide to enroll your student elsewhere.  You may receive a refund for all but the non-refundable application fee. If you choose to leave HLA Prep after the 30 day grace period has ended, you will not be eligible for a refund.

New families enrolling with HLA Prep will have a 30 day grace period in which you may request a refund if you decide to enroll your student elsewhere.  You may receive a refund for all but the non-refundable application fee. If you choose to leave HLA Prep after the 30 day grace period has ended, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Families that have been chosen for pre-registration giveaways and/or promotions are not eligible for a refund.

Families that are denied admission upon application for reasons other than those listed below may receive all but the non-refundable application fee upon request.

Families that are denied admission due to non-payment of balances or delinquent reporting will not be eligible for a refund.

Families that are enrolled and are subsequently withdrawn or denied admission due to the following are not eligible for a refund:  dishonesty on the application, student records from previous schools that reveal information that was not disclosed on the application or violation of the HLA Prep Code of Ethics or any other HLA Prep policy.
